I am extremely disappointed with the service I received
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from the dealership's service department. My 2024 Wagoneer was brought in for two recall repairs, and I received it back in significantly worse condition than when I dropped it off. The vehicle's paint was scratched during the repair process, and the interior driver's door panel was also scratched and damaged. To make matters worse, the driver's door panel was not even reattached properly after the work was completed. The interior of the vehicle was left filthy, with mud throughout both the driver and passenger floor areas and on the door panels. After discovering these issues, I was forced to make an unnecessary second trip back to the dealership the very next day. Only after this return visit was the vehicle cleaned. Despite the inconvenience of making two trips in two days due to mistakes made by the service department, no effort was made to compensate me for my time, fuel, or frustration. There was no apology beyond the bare minimum and no gesture of goodwill offered. This level of care and attention is completely unacceptable, especially for a nearly new 2024 Wagoneer. Customers should not have to inspect for damage caused by the dealership, return for corrective work, and still leave feeling ignored and undervalued. The quality of workmanship, attention to detail, and customer service were all far below expectations. I have lost confidence in this service department and would not recommend it to anyone seeking professional vehicle care.

There was an issue found after about a week having the truck and I mentioned it to them and they have made everything right. I live 2 hours away and they have gone out of there way to drive TO ME multiple times to make things right. I have absolutely 0 complaints and would recommend these guys to everyone I know in the market for a vehicle.

They performed an exhaustive search and diagnosis of a persistent squeak on my truck I had given up hope of fixing. I wrongly thought I’d be minimized and blown off by trying to have it fixed. I apologize for thinking that. The experience was just the opposite. They did look into it (hours probably), found the cause, explained it with a video, and fixed the broken part in a durable way so I haven’t heard it again in the year since. My appreciation to the technicians and all the staff.

The people that are communicating from the service department do not seem to have a knowledge of what they’re recommending and do not seek out answers when I asked. They’re more concerned about up selling a spray for the vents, then communicating why the alignment was off. There’s been a clerical error on our account that we have been attempting to get them to fix for more than a year. It’s just an overall lack of ownership and motivation from the staff in the service area.. We’ve been a client for more than 10 years and we are considering switching.
