I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from the dealership's service department. My 2024 Wagoneer was brought in for two recall repairs, and I received it back in significantly worse condition than when I dropped it off. The vehicle's paint was scratched during the repair process, and the interior driver's door panel was also scratched and damaged. To make matters worse, the driver's door panel was not even reattached properly after the work was completed. They charge way too much for service. I do not trust them for service. They work to find other things wrong that do not pertain to the service your in for.

The entire purchasing process has been amazing. They were willing to work with me to get me into the truck i wanted. There was an issue found after about a week having the truck and I mentioned it to them and they have made everything right. I live 2 hours away and they have gone out of there way to drive TO ME multiple times to make things right. I have had my 2015 Renegade for seven years now. Have you used your dealership because of your excellent service department. Definitely top-notch. Jeremy's knowledge and understanding of automobiles makes you feel safe taking your car there. However, my one complaint is your price of some services. I have button two sets of tires there both close to $900 and now you're charging $30 for a tire rotation. I'm 60 years old and I just feel like I'm being taken advantage of. But I do keep coming back to Spitzer because of your excellent tech technicians.
They were ready and waiting for me when I arrived for my appointment. They. kept me updated on what they discovered. They even let me use one of their offices since I needed to take a quick meeting in private. I also appreciated their nice, clean waiting area.

They performed an exhaustive search and diagnosis of a persistent squeak on my truck I had given up hope of fixing. I wrongly thought I’d be minimized and blown off by trying to have it fixed. I apologize for thinking that. The experience was just the opposite. They did look into it (hours probably), found the cause, explained it with a video, and fixed the broken part in a durable way so I haven’t heard it again in the year since. My appreciation to the technicians and all the staff.

My appointment was at 9:30 in the morning and my truck sat until 2 PM and then they decided to call and tell me what I already told them was wrong and they never fixed anything. Said that they needed my approval after I made the appointment to get the part changed and then They checked my cabin air filter in air filter and they never put the cabin air filter back in and left my glove box laying on the floor with the air filter.

I made an appointment for air suspension calibration. The service writer offered to complete state inspection. 1.5 hours later I was given an estimate of 12k to do inspection.
